If an injury occurs on the job, the manager or business owner (not the team member or agent) should call right away. Employers should call immediately to report a claim. It is very important that a claim is reported as quickly as possible, ideally within 72 hours of the incident.
CorVel’s national network of experienced medical providers can help injured team members find the right care for their situation.
After notifying CorVel of a claim, injured team members can connect with a nurse who will answer questions, advocate for their recovery, and help navigate next steps.
Team members will have access to experienced nurses and claims representatives who work together to provide them with the right care and to make timely payments to medical providers.
