If I need to step away from a submission, can I save it and continue where I left off?

Yes, we know things happen and sometimes you need to step away from a client submission so we’ve set up the partner portal to save submissions in draft form, saving all the information up to the last complete page in submission. When you log back into the portal, you will find these submissions saved under the “Draft” heading.

What submissions will be visible in the partner portal?

If you are a partner portal admin, you can also see submissions made by your organization’s agents by switching the My Submissions toggle in the portal dashboard. If you are a partner portal user, you will only be able to see your submissions in the portal.

Can I submit a bind request in the partner portal?

Yes, you can request to bind the policy by clicking the Request to Bind button. From there, the portal will walk you through remaining steps to bind the policy.

What should my client do when a workplace incident occurs?

When a workplace incident occurs, Pie customers should take these steps:

  • If the incident involves a life-threatening medical emergency, call 911.
  • If not, call the 24/7 Nurse Line at 844-581-0828 with your employee. The nurse will help the employee get appropriate care, and help you report the incident.

Note: it’s important that your client, the policyholder, report the incident rather than the injured employee.
