Download the FIFA World Cup tickets app. All tickets will be distributed via the mobile app. When registering, use the agency email address where you receive communications from Pie. Your ticket will be transferred to your account on June 29th.

Match day walk to stadium. We anticipate an 18-minute walk from shuttle drop-off to the stadium entrance. Comfortable shoes are a must. If you need assistance, please email joe.reeder@pieinsurance.com in advance.
Your stay at the hotel is confirmed for June 29-July 1. Simply provide your name when you check-in at the Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center. If you have any issues, contact Joe Reeder at 775-771-1126.

By 4 PM: Check-in at Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center, 1501 Gaylord Trl, Grapevine, TX 76051
5 PM: Board shuttle from The Gaylord Texan Resort for dinner at Chef Kent Rathbun's residence. Departure is at 5:15 PM. Boarding location is in front of Vineyard Tower adjacent to the main lobby.
6-9 PM: Private dinner and conversation with Eric Wynalda and Chef Kent Rathbun. Recommended attire: smart casual.
9 PM: Board shuttle to return to hotel.
6:30-8 AM: Complimentary grab-and-go buffet breakfast is available in Davis 1 conference room, Vineyard Tower. Feel free to bring it on the bus.
7:45 AM: Board shuttle for AT&T Stadium. Departure is at 8 AM. Boarding location is in front of Vineyard tower adjacent to the main lobby. Traffic is anticipated to be very heavy. Exact departure time is subject to change, and changes will be communicated.
12 PM: World Cup match kickoff.
90 minutes after the last whistle: Return shuttle departs from Lot C/D Oversized at AT&T Stadium. Estimated arrival back at Gaylord Texan Resort is 4:30 PM.
Dress comfortably for Dallas heat and World Cup soccer.
