What is the waiting period for lost wages in Connecticut:

No payment is due for the first 3 days of disability (excluding the date of injury) unless the disability lasts longer than 7 days, then the first 3 days will be paid retroactively. The day of the injury itself does NOT count as a day of incapacity from work. The employee should be paid by the employer for the full day on the date of injury regardless of whether he/she can return to work.
