What is the waiting period for lost wages in Delaware:

No payment is due for the first 3 days of disability--including the date of injury--unless the disability lasts longer than 7 days. The first 3 days are the waiting period. Benefit eligibility begins on day 4 and runs forward. If the period of disability exceeds 7 days, the first 3 days are owed and payable. This 7 day period is the retroactive period.

There is no waiting period when the injury results in death, full or partial loss of a member of the body, or the hospitalization of the employee.
