Terms and conditions for eligible agencies.
The Golf Swing Trip Award is available only to an Eligible Agency currently contracted and actively representing Pie Insurance Services, Inc. (“Pie”). Any Eligible Agency that binds 125% or more Written Premium between May 1, 2024 and June 30, 2024, inclusive, than during the same time period in 2023 will be entered to win one of six spots in a golf outing in Dallas, TX (“Golf Swing Trip Reward”).
Note: Winners must follow the dress code for the Altius Performance Center: Collared shirts and golf shorts or golf pants are required. Due to limited rentals at the facility, winners should bring their own golf clubs.
The Golf Swing Trip Award is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply, as well as the terms and conditions of any brokerage agreement in place with Pie.
By participating in this program, each agent and agency agrees to be bound by these rules and by the decisions of Pie, which are final and binding on all matters relating to all aspects of the Golf Swing Trip Award. Pie reserves the right to interpret rules and award bonuses based upon results according to Pie records as of the completion of the Golf Swing Trip Award. Pie reserves the right in its sole discretion to determine the winner, and Pie’s decision in such matters shall be final. Not all agents, agencies, or partners who represent Pie will qualify for the Golf Swing Trip Award.
Winning partner must be contracted and actively representing Pie at the time of the trip. The Golf Swing Trip Award is not redeemable for any other prize or cash value. Winner is responsible for taxes for their portion of the total cash value and will receive a 1099 for $5,000.00. Any additional travel or trip-related expenses are the responsibility of the winner. Trips are non-transferable, Pie reserves the right to cancel, change destination, or alter the structure of the Golf Swing Trip Award at any time prior to trip departure.
Travel and Loss Responsibility. Pie and its partner travel company maintain no control over the personnel, equipment, or operations of any air, water, or surface carrier, ship line, bus or limousine company, transportation company, hotel, restaurant, or other person or entity furnishing services, products, or accommodations as part of the trip, because all of these suppliers are independent contractors. Pie and the travel company shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be caused or contributed to: (1) by any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any of theses suppliers or any of their agents, servants, employees, or independent contractors; (2) by any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment, instrumentality, service, product, or accommodation which is owned, operated, furnished, or otherwise used by any of these suppliers; (3) by any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any other person or entity not under the direct control of the Pie or the travel company, respectively; or (4) by any other cause, condition or event whatsoever beyond the direct control of Pie and/or the travel company. To participate in this Golf Swing Trip Award trip, winner must sign a Waiver of Liability and Indemnification provided by Pie prior to the trip, releasing Pie Insurance Services, Inc., its parent, subsidiaries and employees (“Releasees”) from any and all claims arising out of injury, damage or loss of any kind to person and property that in any way results from participation in the incentive trip and further agree to indemnify Releasees and to hold Releasees free from any and all liability, claim, action, damage, expense and loss of any kind caused by or arising out of any act or failure to act on the part of the agent, guest or Releasees.
