Pie Insurance Services, Inc., on behalf of itself and its affiliates, (collectively “Pie”) provides the option to receive SMS communications for updates about your quotes, policies, billing, renewals, and account activity through our Pie Insurance Alerts Program. Communications are on an Opt-In basis through our web form.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive messages from Pie, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages at the mobile number provided using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
By signing up, you are confirming you are over the age of 18, that you are the owner of the wireless device for which you have authorized contact, and that you are responsible for messages sent from the device.
Communications are not secure or encrypted and third parties can sometimes intercept messages. You agree that you will not text Pie any confidential or sensitive information.
Message frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider.
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by texting STOP to 280106. After texting STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll. For help, text HELP to 280106 or contact us at 855-705-2716.
We take your privacy seriously. Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.pieinsurance.com/privacy. We will not share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your consent.
Pie reserves the right to modify or discontinue the SMS program at any time, with or without notice. We may update the short code(s) used to send messages from time to time, any changes will be updated in these Terms. We may also change these Terms from time to time; continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
Pie shall not be liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of any SMS messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside our control. Pie shall not be liable for any unauthorized access or interception of communications. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
