Pi(e) Day Flash Incentive

The Pi(e) Day Flash Incentive (“The Incentive”) is available only to eligible ADP agents currently contracted and actively representing Pie Insurance Services, Inc. (“Pie”) at the time The Incentive is distributed. By participating in this program, each agent and agency agrees to be bound by these rules and by the decisions of Pie, which are final and binding on all matters relating to all aspects of The Incentive.

• Eligible Agent: All ADP agents. Agents must be appointed and actively represent Pie to participate in The Incentive. Agents must be licensed to be eligible.
• Incentive Period: The Incentive will be available for Qualified Submissions received between March 12th, 2024 at 12:01 am and March 15th, 2024 at 11:59 pm local time. 
• Qualified Submission: Complete new business workers’ compensation insurance submission that receives a quote, refer, or decline decision. Submissions must have a governing class applicable to hotels, restaurants, or clubs; and be received by Pie between March 12, 2024 at 12:01 am and March 15, 2024 at 11:59 pm local time, with an effective date on or before March 31, 2024. 
• Incentive: During the respective Incentive Period, up to 10 Qualified Submissions will receive $5 in Tango gift card balance for the submitting Eligible Agent. The balances will be added up at the end of the Incentive Period and paid out in one lump sum Tango gift card, not to exceed $50. The Incentive gift cards will be sent out to Eligible Agents via email by April 10, 2024.

The Incentive is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply, as well as the terms and conditions of any brokerage agreement in place with Pie.

Pie reserves the right to interpret rules, determine eligibility, and make awards based on Pie’s records.  Pie’s decision in such matters shall be final.  Any liability for taxes will be the responsibility of the Eligible Agent. No transfer, cash equivalent, or substitution of The Incentive is permitted, except at Pie’s sole discretion. Pie reserves the right to cancel, change, or alter the structure of The Incentive at any time.
