Terms and conditions for eligible retail, national,and E-COMP agents
The Pi(e) Day Flash Incentive (“The Incentive”) is available only to Eligible E-COMP, national, and retail agents currently contracted and actively representing Pie Insurance Services, Inc. (“Pie”) at the time The Incentive is distributed. By participating in this program, each agent and agency agrees to be bound by these rules and by the decisions of Pie, which are final and binding on all matters relating to all aspects of The Incentive.
In addition to the above, the Eligible Agent with the most Qualified Binds at the end of the Incentive Period will receive an Ooni Pizza Oven (value of $589). In the event of a tie in Qualified Binds, the winner will be determined by the flip of a coin on the date a winner is to be selected. Ooni Pizza oven will be shipped to the Eligible Agent no later than April 15, 2024.
Ooni® is not a sponsor of The Incentive.
The Incentive is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply, as well as the terms and conditions of any brokerage agreement in place with Pie.
Pie reserves the right to interpret rules, determine eligibility, and make awards based on Pie’s records. Pie’s decision in such matters shall be final. The Eligible Agent winning the Ooni Pizza Oven (value of $589) may be required to supply Pie with their social security number for tax purposes. Any liability for taxes will be the responsibility of the Eligible Agent. No transfer, cash equivalent, or substitution of The Incentive is permitted, except at Pie’s sole discretion. Pie reserves the right to cancel, change, or alter the structure of The Incentive at any time.
