The Flash Incentive is available only to an Eligible Agent of Ironpeak, which is an agency currently contracted and actively representing Pie Insurance Services, Inc. (“Pie”). By participating in this program, each agent and agency agrees to be bound by these rules and by the decisions of Pie, which are final and binding on all matters relating to all aspects of the Flash Incentive.
- Eligible Agent: Any agent who is appointed and actively representing Pie through Ironpeak and domiciled in Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, or Virginia at the time the Incentive is awarded.
- Qualified Submission: A Qualified Submission is a (1) new business commercial auto or workers’ compensation insurance submission for a business in Maryland or Pennsylvania or (2) a new business workers’ compensation insurance submission for a business in Virginia or New Jersey received by Pie between March 15, 2025 at 12:01 am and March 31, 2025 at 11:59 pm, with an effective date on or before April 30, 2025. The time zone of the Eligible Partner applies.
- Incentive: For each Qualified Submission, the submitting Eligible Agent will earn $5. For each Qualified Submission that binds on or before April 30, 2024 (with the effective date on or before April 30, 2025), the submitting Eligible Agent will earn an additional $20. All payments to Eligible Agents will be made by gift card via email no later than April 10, 2025.
The Flash Incentive is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply, as well as the terms and conditions of any brokerage agreement in place with Pie.
Pie reserves the right to interpret rules, determine eligibility, and make awards based on Pie’s records. Pie’s decision in such matters shall be final. Any liability for taxes will be the responsibility of the Eligible Agent. No transfer, cash equivalent, or substitution of the Prize is permitted, except at Pie’s sole discretion.
