Q4 2025 Paychex Referral Incentive

The Q4 2025 Paychex Referral Incentive (“The Incentive”) is available only to Eligible Participants of Paychex. By participating in this program, all participants agree to be bound by these rules and by the decisions of Pie Insurance Services, Inc. (“Pie”), which are final and binding on all matters relating to all aspects of The Incentive.

• Eligible Participants: All Paychex HCM Small and Mid-Market partners actively employed at Paychex at the time The Incentive is awarded. All participants must be 18 years of age or older as of the start date of The Incentive.
• Incentive Period: The Incentive will be available for Qualified Submissions submitted between October 1, 2025 at 12:01 am and December 31, 2025 at 11:59 pm local time.
• Qualified Submission: Complete new business workers’ compensation insurance submission that received a quote or a decline decision, or received a refer decision and was submitted to the underwriting team for review. The submission must be received during the Incentive Period, with an effective date on or before February 1, 2026.  
• Incentive: During the Incentive Period, for each Qualified Submission the referring HCM Small and Mid-Market Partner will earn $15. Payments to Eligible Participants will be made by gift card, in one lump sum, via email no later than January 10, 2026.

The Incentive is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply, as well as the terms and conditions of any brokerage agreement in place with Pie.

Pie reserves the right to interpret rules, determine eligibility, and make awards based on Pie’s records. Pie’s decision in such matters shall be final. Any liability for taxes will be the responsibility of the Eligible Participant. No transfer, cash equivalent, or substitution of The Incentive is permitted, except at Pie’s sole discretion. Not all agents, agencies, or partners who represent Pie will qualify for The Incentive. 

Pie reserves the right to cancel, change, or alter the structure of The Incentive at any time.
